KDEB – the parent company
Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad (KDEB) is the major shareholder of KDEB ANZAGAIN holding 51% of the share in the company.
KDEB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad (KDEB), the investment arm of the Selangor State Government.
KDEB has increased its paid-up capital from RM2.00 million to RM3.7 million in July 1998 and further increased to RM4.7 million in August 1998.
KDEB Anzagain is the vehicle to achieve KDEB's aspiration to prepare and equip the Selangor Government and its agencies with effective and efficient Information Technology Systems.
